My coaching journey spans nearly a decade, during which I’ve worked across a wide range of cricketing environments — from grassroots cricket to the highest levels of the game. Recently achieving my Level 4 coaching qualification, my experience includes serving as Head Coach of the England Physical Disability Squad, working within Talent Pathways at Yorkshire CCC and Leicestershire CCC, and supporting professional players as a batting coach.

Coaching in men’s, women’s, and disability cricket has given me a unique perspective on the game. This experience has helped me develop the ability to adapt my coaching style to suit the individual needs of each player, helping them to thrive and reach their full potential.

Having worked with players across different environments and challenges, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the mental side of the game, enabling me to support players in building resilience, confidence, and a positive mentality.
